To Apply
If you have significant industry experience and want to give back as a mentor then we want to hear from you!
New mentors will be recruited to the programme throughout the year. Screen Ireland identifies needs in the screen sectors and examines gaps on the mentor panel. We then assess the potential mentor’s experience in the required area. We consider their experience in terms of the requests for mentorship we get from our applicants, and the sectors they are in. The mentor selection team reviews CVs against these criteria.
Please note that all mentors selected will be offered mentoring training and will be asked to sign a mentoring agreement and a mentor code of conduct. Mentors will be selected for the panel based on current industry needs identified by Screen Ireland. The Screen Ireland Funding Schemes panel will allocate the mentor from the Mentor Panel to the mentee.
Diversity and inclusion will be factored into the selection process for all mentors and mentees.
